8. Financial and Investment Information

An application is not approved until MTPproperties, Inc. provides confirmation of approval. A tenancy is not established until all required documents have been executed and all required funds and conditions have been satisfied.

Information concerning application procedures, screening criteria, fees, deposits, availability, renter’s insurance, and other requirements will be provided separately when applicable.

10. Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity

MTPproperties, Inc. conducts its business in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local fair-housing laws.

MTPproperties, Inc. does not unlawfully discriminate in the sale, rental, financing, advertising, management, or provision of real estate services based on any characteristic protected by applicable law.

Reasonable accommodation and reasonable modification requests will be considered in accordance with applicable law.

11. No Emergency or Maintenance Reporting Through General Website Forms

General website forms, email, social-media messages, and website chat features should not be used to report emergencies.

In an immediate emergency involving fire, crime, a threat to personal safety, a gas leak, or another dangerous condition, call 911 or the appropriate emergency-service provider.

Tenants should report maintenance requests using the designated maintenance-reporting procedure provided by MTPproperties, Inc.

Submitting a maintenance request through an unauthorized communication method may delay receipt or response.

They do not replace or modify any signed listing agreement, buyer representation agreement, property-management agreement, rental agreement, application document, disclosure, addendum, or other written contract.

If a conflict exists, the applicable signed agreement controls with respect to the subject matter of that agreement.
